The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. Your data will be processed by us on the basis of the statutory provisions (in particular the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" and the Data Protection Act in its current version - hereinafter referred to as "DPA"). Subject to change: We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary, for example to reflect legal developments in the area of data protection. The adapted/amended data protection provisions will then apply to the future use of our website and data processing. We therefore recommend that you consult these from time to time.

I. Data protection: General information and rights

There you will also find all other contact details required to assert your rights.

2. personal data
We only process the personal data that you provide to us (by visiting our website or contacting us via email, as part of the conclusion of a contract) as listed below; not all of the specified data types are affected or must be specified in every case. We do not process special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR. Depending on the type and scope of use of our website or contact, the following personal data (possibly of a contact person at our customer) may be affected: Visits to our website / internet presence (i) log files such as IP address, date and time of access, information about the operating system used and the internet browser, website from which access is made ("referrer URL") etc., (ii) cookies, (iii) location-related information and information about the terminal device used (depending on the corresponding settings of the terminal device). Contact request via e-mail First name, surname, email address Conclusion of contract First name, surname, date of birth, email address, telephone number, postal address, company, VAT number, customer number, payment details (credit card number, bank details, etc.)

3. processing of personal data
The processing of your personal data is primarily carried out for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), as we cannot prepare, conclude or fulfil a contract with you without this data. Furthermore, the processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), in particular also for the purposes of operational security of the website and error-free and optimised service provision, receivables management, direct marketing in analogue and digital form, existing customer advertising, statistical evaluation and the improvement of our range of services and their quality (for the right to object, see point 6.). We will only process your personal data to the extent covered by the GDPR. As a rule, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. If a transfer to third parties should be necessary - for example to fulfil a contract - this transfer will take place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. In this case, we ask you to also observe the data protection declarations of these third parties, as these may apply. An exception to this is the use for statistical and similar purposes, for which no personal data, but only anonymised data, will be processed.

4. data security
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Your personal data is protected by organisational and technical measures, such as protection against unauthorised access and technical data security precautions. Please note, however, that despite these efforts, it cannot be completely ruled out that data which you disclose via the Internet/e-mail may nevertheless be viewed and potentially used by other persons. We can therefore accept no liability or responsibility for errors in data transmission or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacker attacks, spyware, malware, etc.).

5. storage of personal data
Your personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to fulfil contractual or legal provisions (corresponding storage obligations may arise, for example, in particular from tax regulations - a legal basis for the storage of data in this context also results from Art. 6 para. 1 lit c GDPR). If no contract is concluded after initial contact is made, the data collected when contact is made will be deleted by us immediately. Notwithstanding this, deletion will also take place on the basis of a request for deletion (see the following point).

6. What rights do you have with regard to your data?
- You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, purpose of data processing and, if applicable, recipients of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). - You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data if it is incorrect or the basis for data processing no longer applies (Art. 16, 17, 18, 20 GDPR).
- You have the right to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR ("protection of legitimate interests") (Article 21 GDPR). However, it should be noted that any objection has no influence on the permissibility of the processing of personal data on the basis of other authorised grounds in accordance with Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
- You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR at any time in order to enable us to send you the newsletter (Art. 7 GDPR). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal or the processing carried out on the basis of other permissions in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR. Please direct all enquiries or claims to our email address: info@petzner.shop
- Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art 77 GDPR) if you believe that the processing of personal data violates applicable data protection regulations or your claims have been violated in any other way II. Data collection on our website, cookies, analysis tools and third-party tools When you visit our website, your surfing behaviour may be statistically evaluated. This is primarily done using cookies and so-called analysis programmes. The analysis of your surfing behaviour is anonymous; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You will find detailed information on these tools and your options for objecting in the following paragraphs:

Some of the websites you use contain so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files which our website sends to your browser and which are stored on your computer as an anonymous identifier. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. The purpose of these cookies is, for example, to better control the connection during your visit to our website and to provide more effective support when you return to our website. Without this temporary "caching", some applications would require you to re-enter data that you have already entered. A cookie only contains the data that a server outputs and/or the user enters on request (e.g. structure: information on domain, path, expiry date, cookie name and value). Cookies therefore contain purely technical information, no personal data. Cookies cannot spy on the user's hard drive, cause damage or similar. The following types of cookies can be used:

- Session cookies: These are automatically deleted when the Internet browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies: These remain stored on your computer for a certain period of time, the duration depends on the stored expiry date.
- Third party cookies: These may also include cookies from various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or other internet service providers (such as Google). These cookies collect information such as length of visit, page views, movement via links, etc. They are used, for example, to display certain advertising content resulting from search histories, websites visited and the like. These cookies cannot be read by us. If you wish, you can generally suppress the storage of cookies (or certain types of cookies) via your web browser or decide whether or not you wish them to be stored. However, not accepting cookies may mean that some pages are no longer displayed correctly or that their usability is restricted. Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of our services.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. We process your data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in creating easy-to-use website access statistics in a cost-efficient manner (Art. 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address and the URLs of the websites accessed) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. We do not store any of your data collected in connection with Google Analytics. This website uses the IP anonymisation option offered by Google Analytics. Your IP address will therefore be shortened/anonymised by Google as soon as Google receives your IP address. Google will use this information on our behalf to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting your data in connection with Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. You can also prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics on this website by clicking on the link below. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de For more information about Google's terms of use and privacy policy, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://www.google.at/intl/at/policies/.
